NPC Panama City needs to fillout two forms if entering NPC Southern USA or NPC Shannon Dey    Classic. One from NPC Panama City & one from NPC Southern USA or NPC Shannon Dey    Classic.

Those entering both NPC Panama City & NPC Southern USA or NPC Shannon Dey Classic, will    only have to pay once for two events
